We will walk you through the A B Cs of easy, stress free party planning for your fundraiser or corporate event. Whether you're raising money or planning a party for your sport team, charity, school club, or facility event, The Pal can help. With over 6500 square feet of party space, the Palomino Club is the place for your next fundraiser or corporate event. FundraisersWe will look after printing your fundraising tickets, set up your silent auction tables, plus book your evening host and DJ to help with your auctions and announcements. All this is FREE when you have a minimum 100 persons attend. Your tickets can be sold for any price you choose! Most often, however, the ticket price is set at $7.00 to $15.00 and generally includes a silent auction, 50/50, door prize, and food as part of the ticket price. One drink option-your cost $3.00 per person (you decide your ticket selling price) Note: Food is prepared based on your numbers-an accurate number will have to be given to us a minimum 4 business days prior to your event. If you tell us you're expecting 100 people, then that will be the number we prepare for and that you will be charged for. Any food left over is yours to take home. We will print up your tickets, (up to a max of 400) and you get started making money! Please note: Fundraisers (held between September and June) are generally held Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5-8 p.m., as well as Fridays from 4-7 p.m. but please stay as late as you like! The Palomino Club will also donate a prize towards your auction; however, it is up to you to supply your double sided auction tickets. In order to secure your date, a $200.00 refundable deposit is required (remember, if a minimum of 100 persons attend, you will receive your deposit back).
